Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for ensuring money taken in daily is accounted for and brought to the bank. They are also responsible for assisting students, faculty and visitors with any needs they may have. This position requires receptionist work as well as data entry and are responsible for enrollment data and processing. They answer directly to the Front Office Manager and to the President. This is a full time position that is Monday through Friday and pay is $10/hr.
Job Responsibilities
Count down the days business and compile reports for that days business
Make bank deposits at least every other day
Enter receivables in Quickbooks
Answer phones and assist with transferring calls and taking messages
Assist students and visitors that come to the front office
Order office supplies
Enrollment Co-Ordinator – responsible for contacting prospective students continually until applied and making sure information is being sent out
Update and keep a list of the prospective students and their progress
Send Reports to the Enrollment Committee
Sort and distribute mail and packages
Aid in maintaining student files
Assist the Office Manager
Assist the Faculty and staff as needed
Assist the President with any administrative needs
Requirements for position
High School Diploma/GED
Knowledge of basic filing and office experience of at least 2 years
Knowledge of using Microsoft software

Assistant Cook
Full-Time - $10/hr
The Assistant Cook supports the Food Service Manager in food preparation, cooking duties, kitchen cleanliness and maintenance, serving food and maintaining supplies. They must be able perform their duties in a high-pressure, time-critical environment. Their work hours vary based on the College dining schedule.
Specific responsibilities for this position include, but are not necessarily limited to:
Ensure the kitchen, including all appliances and utensils, is clean. They clean and sanitize work areas and equipment according to establishment protocol, deep-cleaning equipment and work areas as needed.
Responsible for keeping the station fully stocked and in working order.
Maintain food production records, notify supervisors when supplies are low, unpack deliveries, and restock work areas.
Responsible for preparing ingredients prior to meal service, such as chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or cleaning seafood.
Responsible for proper cooking and serving of all Food service meals.
Assist the Food Service Manager in cooking and serving dishes according to set recipes.
Responsible for the storage of food, both incoming stock and leftovers.
Unload delivery trucks and ensure that food is stored in the appropriate conditions.
Responsible for determining if leftovers of either prepared or partially prepared food can be reused or ensure proper disposal of food.
